Okay so last week was a total wash. I thought the kid and I just had a cold. Liam seemed to bounce back in a few days and so I expected the same for me. I even headed out on the bike trail on Bill's bike pulling both kids in the trailer on Tuesday. It was twenty minutes into that ride that I realized that I was super sick and it was in my lungs. I did not get back to the gym until Monday and I am definitely feeling the time off!
My new favorite thing! For those mornings when I don't have time for coffee I can squirt this in my water bottle and feed my caffeine addiction! |
